meron bang tamang pagupo o tamang pag-anggulo ng braso at kamay at balikat para di sumakit ang likod habang nakakababad ka sa harap ng pc mo?

at may gamot ba para hindi magcram ang isang tao? baket ba kasi napakampante ko pag maaga pa?? ampapanget ng nasusubmit ko ngayon! panget!! shet!
